who is Blanche?

This is a frequent question I am asked. The short answer is...I am! Blanche is my middle name. It's a family name on both sides, and I wasn't very fond of it while growing up. I've been baking for as long as I can remember, and when the time came to find a name for the venture that started as a hobby and turned into customer orders, Blanche Bakes, it was!
